Despite this bleak beginning, Jinbao’s story took a turn for the better. The compassionate staff at a veterinary clinic decided not to give up on him. They took him in, providing the essential care and nurturing he desperately needed. To tackle his malnourishment, Jinbao was placed on infusion therapy to help him regain his strength.
With time and care, Jinbao achieved a significant milestone—he was able to eat independently. This accomplishment marked a turning point in his recovery journey. However, Jinbao also suffered from a skin condition on his neck. One of the dedicated workers regularly tended to this issue, ensuring his comfort and health.
A crucial part of Jinbao’s rehabilitation was focused on helping him walk again. The clinic staff provided calcium supplements and even created a makeshift wheelchair to aid his mobility. Thanks to these efforts, Jinbao experienced remarkable improvement, gaining the ability to perform activities he never could before.
Just two months into his recovery, Jinbao was able to walk independently, albeit with a slight limp. The clinic staff expressed immense pride in his progress, a testament to Jinbao’s determination and the care he received.
Looking ahead, Jinbao is soon to be placed on an adoption list, opening the door to finding a forever home. In the meantime, he continues to relish his time at the shelter, forming friendships and exploring his surroundings with newfound energy and enthusiasm.
